Find the location of IP address??

For a long time it is no secret that the IP address is the main technical point of communication on the Internet. IP address is used to ensure that you can connect with another site, request a web page, go to the chat, or AIM(MSN, ICQ), play a game online, etc. Not knowing your IP address, the computer on the other side simply will not know where to send information in response to your request. Perhaps you have seen it yourself when you come to the sites and forums that are to display your city and your Internet provider.
Where does the IP address? No matter what kind of connection you are using the technology (Dialup, DSL or cable), your Internet provider assigns you an IP address ( WAN IP address ) from address list. This happens every time you connect the Internet or simply turn on your computer.

What information can be extracted from the IP address? If someone found out your IP address, then all that he can easily learn about you – is the name of your ISP and your country, state and city. If you are using very large or regional provider, it is possible that your city will not be displayed, because the provider covers a wider area. This is something that everyone can learn by going to one of the many Internet resources that provide information on the IP address. Here’s one: Wan IP Address

Even if you have a so-called static or real IP address, then it isn’t attached to your home address, this is just an additional service which provides your Internet Service Provider, a kind of “a dedicated channel. But this address will still point to the provider. All the rest and more detailed information is securely captured and stored by the Internet Service Provider. Among this information is: when you connected to the Internet, what sites you visited, how long you spent on sites, etc. And of course your home address, name and second name. All of this information provider is obliged not to disclose to third parties, however, upon request from public authorities, and in the presence of legitimate reason, your ISP to publish all!!!

You might ask: what about the proxy server, and services that provide anonymous surfing on the Internet. In general, to solve some problems, these tools can be very useful. But to think that when you use a proxy server (or even a chain of proxy servers), no one can find you – at least, frivolous. Stable Proxy Server, which are always available, and you can use for your own purposes, quite possibly, have logs, and record data about who is connected and where to go out. “Pressing” the owner of the server (legitimate or not legitimate methods) can easily get your IP address. Same situation with “service-anonymizer”. I do not know and do not even want to know what guarantees they give to their users, but if there is “compelling reasons” they declassify all the information from their databases.
